When you visit or use our website you accept the legal obligation arising from these terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time. These terms and conditions will form the basis of the agreement between you and all adults and/or minors participating in your booking. - We do not provide any express or implied warranty, representation or endorsement in relation to the website or any information, service or product provided through the website,

- We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with the visit or use of the website or its contents whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, whether caused by Brazzo di Maina , our employees or agents or any other natural or legal person.

Prices

- All users are advised to carefully check the displayed information before making any deal. Availability, rates and cancellation apply to the charge shown for each room and you should carefully read the charge details provided before making an online booking. Offers may have additional terms and cancellation conditions specific to the offer. It is recommended that you check them carefully before completing your booking.

- Each room will have terms and conditions depending on its capacity. It is recommended that you check these terms and conditions before making a booking.

- All accounts must be settled in full before departure.

VAT and Taxes

- VAT and municipal taxes are included in the room price. Meals are included in the price only if explicitly stated. The Brazzo di Maina reserves the right to periodically revise room rates. Any price increase will be communicated at the time of booking. For details on our room rates, please consult our reservation system or contact the reception on +3027330-53113.

-The room price does not include accommodation taxes as set out by the relevant legislation for each category of accommodation, they are paid separately upon arrival/departure and are attributed to the state.

Booking

- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. In some cases availability should be confirmed by phone.

- To guarantee the reservation, 30% of the total amount for your stay is required, or 50% in periods of high demand. Payments are made by credit or debit card at the time of booking or deposit within the next 7 days and always before arrival. Your booking will be confirmed online with a reference number.

- Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 7-14 days, depends on the period, before arrival. The request for such cancellations or amendments must be in writing.

- There will be no compensation for cancellations 7-14 days before the date of arrival. Unless otherwise stated, bookings can be canceled by contacting info @ brazzo - di - maina . com or by phone at +3027330-53113.

- In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will endeavor to provide accommodation of a similar standard in the area at no additional charge. If this is not possible or no alternative accommodation option is requested, the booking will be canceled and a full refund of the amount paid to the credit/debit card/account used for the booking will be made.

Generally

- The hotel will make every effort to complete the reservation as best it can based on the information provided. However, it reserves the right to provide alternative services or at least of equal value without additional charges to the visitor.

- The guest does not have the right to transfer the reservation to a third party or to use the hotel facilities for purposes other than accommodation.

- The hotel reserves the right to pass on to the guest any additional charges for goods and services requested during the guest's stay or caused by the guest's negligence to observe the agreed service hours.

- Although the hotel has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in its brochures, prices, advertisements and website is accurate, it reserves the right to modify, replace or withdraw any service, facility or provision without warning if necessary.

- Notwithstanding what is mentioned in these conditions, the hotel is not responsible for any total or partial failure to fulfill its obligations to the customer in the event that any of the following circumstances occur:

  1. -Strikes
  2. -Other unusual actions
  3. -Fire in or near the hotel
  4. -Flooding in or near the hotel
  5. -Unrest, disputes or civil strife
  6. -Terrorist act or attempted terrorist act.
  7. - Force majeure

-Legal action against the hotel, which does not result from its negligence, which does not allow the provision of services.

Cancellations - Advance payments

-The deposit for the reservation cannot exceed 50% of the total accommodation cost but cannot be less than one day's rent.

- In case of cancellation by the customer if this is done 14 days before the agreed arrival, the hotelier is obliged to return the entire deposit, while if the cancellation is made in less than 14 days, the customer owes the hotelier half of the total amount of the canceled order.

-In case of no-show, the hotel will keep 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

- The hotel may cancel the reservation if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. In this case, the hotel will reimburse the amount paid but does not bear any other responsibility towards the guest.

Special Needs/Special Requests

-Any special needs or special requests must be communicated in writing in advance. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

-If the room is rented for a certain period of time, the hotelier is not entitled to terminate the lease before the agreed time has passed, unless the customer: 

  1. a) Violates this Regulation 
  2. b) Gets sick from a contagious disease or other disease that causes discomfort to other customers of the hotel 
  3. c ) Violates morals

Limitation of Liability

- The hotelier is only responsible for the valuable or high-value items and money that the customer has handed over to him, providing a relevant receipt.

- Guests are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

- The hotel's liability for loss or damage caused on its premises will not exceed €170.

- The Brazzo di Maina does not attempt or limit its liability for death or personal injury due to negligence in any way. The hotel is not responsible for acts and/or omissions of its independent suppliers.

- No liability is accepted in the event of theft, injury or illness of guests, representatives or guests, or for loss or damage of any kind as long as it was not the result of negligence on the part of the hotel or its employees.

Pets

 

Pets are allowed in the hotel under restrictions. Please advise when booking that guide dogs for the blind are accommodated.

Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations have been done to date should be provided and the pet's passport should be available upon request.

Pets should be on a carrier leash to check them at all times when outside the room.

Pets cannot be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the hotel premises with your pet unattended in your room, the pet must be in a crate or in a pet carrier while you are away from your room.

Pets may be left unattended in your room, provided they are not causing damage and are quiet. A constant barking dog or constant meowing cat is disturbing to our other guests and cannot be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed in the enclosed public areas of the hotel, such as the catering areas.

Please ensure that your pet is not a threat to other hotel guests.

Please understand that not all hotel residents are animal friendly.

Guests may walk their pets in all areas of the hotel premises and are responsible for taking them in and around the hotel at all times.

Housekeeping - the pet must be removed from the room prior to housekeeping service. Otherwise, prior arrangements must be made with hotel management.

You will be held responsible for any damage that may result from your pet. Pet owners are responsible for any damage that may occur as well as for the excrement of such pets and must make immediate compensation if required.

We take special precautions to ensure that rooms accommodating residents with pets are free from any infestation of pests. Please ensure that your pet is free from pests before arriving at the hotel.

Pet owners are responsible for feeding and watering their animals. The hotel can provide freshly cooked food, especially for your pet with the finest ingredients, for an additional charge. Please contact the hotel management.

The hotel is not responsible in case of injury or death of the pet.

All equipment required for the maintenance and feeding of pets must be provided by the guest. Under no circumstances should any equipment within the property be used for pet use, this includes the use of the hotel's bathtub, available towels and pet linen.

Please do not bring your pet near the hotel's private dog area as designated by the hotel.

 

  • It is prohibited to leave the animal in the room without an attendant. However, if you leave the hotel premises with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a cage or in a pet carrier while you are away from your room.

 

  • If in case he is left without a companion during his stay in the premises of the accommodation and anything happens the hotel management is not responsible.
  • Room cleaning is not carried out if you find an unaccompanied pet on the premises.
  • According to our policy pets are not allowed in any area of the hotel without supervision/accompaniment.
  • The owner must be in possession of the pet's health booklet.
  • Any damage that may be caused inside and outside the room is borne by the owner/attendant.
  • They are allowed in public areas with supervision and a leash and with a distance of 2 meters from the pool.
  • It is forbidden to climb on furniture and beds.
  • We take care of the needs of our pets and keep the facilities and premises clean.
  • Bowls and treats are provided upon request.
  • • The price pertains to the pet's stay at the accommodation and the standard disinfection upon departure, additional damages are charged to the companion.

Check In

-The customer is obliged to vacate the room by 11 am. Staying beyond this time and until 6pm obliges the customer to pay half the rent. Staying beyond 6pm obliges the customer to pay the entire rent of one day.

-If the customer refuses, then the hotelier has the right to remove his luggage from the room. 

- Check in is from 3pm on the day of booking and check out before 11am on the day of departure.

Baby cots

- There may be some baby cots available, however their availability is limited. Ask the hotel after completing the reservation. There are currently no rooms with facilities for guests with disabilities, however please contact +3027330-53113 before booking.

Smoking

- Smoking in the hotel is only allowed in smoking areas (outdoor areas).

 

Damages of Visitors

- In case of malicious, intentional or negligent damage to the room or the hotel, Brazzo di Maina will charge the amount or any loss incurred including any business interruption losses to the registered customer's credit/debit card. In the event that the customer's payment was made by means other than credit/debit card and Brazzo cannot contact the customer directly di Maina will initiate the legal process.

Alcohol

- Guests are not allowed to bring wine, beer or other alcoholic beverages to the hotel for consumption on its premises.

Visitor Code of Conduct

- The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or expel any person it deems unsuitable.

- The residents should respect the climate of the hotel and the other guests during their stay, not create a disturbance at the expense of the others and when using the pool.

-For all minor guests, their companions are responsible for their supervision, always respecting the present hotel regulations.

Health and Safety

- The hotel follows local legislation, including that governing fire precautions.

Violations

- In the event of a violation of this Regulation, the customer or the hotelier may, if necessary, contact the Tourist Police or, in its absence, the other Police Authorities, which are obliged to offer all legal assistance and enforce the implementation of the provisions of this Regulation . 

- In the event that the customer violates the provisions of this Regulation, makes noise systematically, disturbs other customers and generally behaves inappropriately towards them and the staff, he can be considered as unwanted and the hotel management has the right to demand within 24 hours to leave the hotel and empty the room of his luggage.
